What you send us
When you send a form (driver request, bloom alerts, local businesses), your name, e-mail, phone number and message reach our inbox through the Web3Forms service. We use them only to reply to you or to send the seasonal alerts you asked for. If you ask us to help arrange a car, we share only what the trip needs (your name, contact details, dates and group size) with the licensed transport provider who will carry you and, if you ask us to check rooms, with the homestay owners you choose. We never sell your details. To have them deleted, e-mail contact@hagiang23.com.
Visit statistics
We use Umami Cloud to count page views. It uses no cookies and does not collect personal data.
Maps
Google Maps is only loaded when you press “Load map”. Google’s privacy policy then applies.
Audio guide
The audio guide uses your phone’s GPS location to know which stop you are near. Your location is processed only on your phone and is never sent to us or anyone else. The stops you have heard are stored on your phone. We only count anonymous events such as downloading the offline pack, starting a journey and playing a stop.
